About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join luxury retail stores across India. You will represent premium brands, deliver exceptional service, and build meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection, styling, and advice
  • Provide a personalized shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
  • Maintain product displays, visual merchandising standards, and store hygiene
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure high service quality
  • Support store operations including billing and stock management

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Fresher or up to 2 years’ retail sales experience
  • Excellent communication and grooming standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Passion for luxury, fashion, and lifestyle brands
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
