Welcome to PrintVarsity! These Terms and Conditions for Sales govern the purchase of all listed products and services on the website (www.printvarsity.com) including (but not limited to) customized merchandise, including printed mugs, t-shirts, caps, bags, stationery and other design and custom design and engraving services. 

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms

1.1. By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

1.2. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.3. All prices listed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupee) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Products & Customization

2.1. PrintVarsity specializes in customized merchandise printing on various products. In addition we might also sell regular products without custom print and different kind of design services separately, as listed on the website.

2.2. Once an order is confirmed, customization cannot be changed or altered.

2.3. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and designs are accurate, but variations in color, size, and design alignment may occur.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

3.2. We accept payments through different online payment methods. All transactions are securely processed.

3.3. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

3.4. Bulk orders may require advance payment or special approval.

3.5. Corporate Contracts: Sales and payments for corporate clients will be governed by signed agreements outlining detailed terms and conditions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Delivery timelines vary based on location, order size, and customization complexity. Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.

4.2. We ship products to specified addresses using third-party courier services.

4.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. No Refund Policy for Customized Products:

• Once an order is placed, cancellations or refunds are not allowed as products are customized.
• In exceptional cases where a refund is granted, it will be processed after deducting platform charges, custom design charges, and tax amounts.
  5.2. No Refund for Custom Design Services:
• There will be absolutely no refund for design services such as custom printing, logo design, or corporate design services.
  5.3. If a product arrives damaged or with a printing defect, a replacement may be issued upon verification, though that is not guaranteed.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

6.1. Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified. There might be certain circumstances, when PrintVarsity staff is notified and well acknowledged AND only if processing has not started; though that's not guaranteed.

6.2. Custom orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

6.3. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All designs, logos, and branding provided by PrintVarsity remain the intellectual property of PrintVarsity.

7.2. Customers must ensure that they have legal rights to any uploaded designs and are solely responsible for copyright violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product purchased.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. INDIA. 

9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the courts of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. INDIA.
